Dr. Lozano is a practicing MD.  Services provided through Reasonable Breastfeeding Resources are lactation consulting ONLY.  No pediatric care is intended or implied.   Should you or your child require medical care outside the scope of lactation consulting, you will be referred to your pediatrician or primary physician. 

Payment Policies:

We do not submit claims to your insurance company. You will be given an invoice at the time of your consultation to submit to your insurance company.

Payment is expected at the time of consultation

 in the form of cash or check.

There will be a fee of $30 plus bank fees for all returned checks.   Any additional consultation services requested will be on a cash only basis after a returned check.

​Initial Consultation 90 minutes: $225.00

Includes: extensive history, infant weight check, assessment of feeding, necessary interventions, detailed feeding plan and follow up phone calls for up to 2 weeks within reason.

Follow up visit 60 minutes : $100.00

Includes: infant weight check, follow up feeding assessment, interventions as needed, revised feeding plan as needed, additional follow up phone call.

Follow up visit 30 minutes: $50.00

Includes: infant weight check, follow up feeding assessment, revised feeding plan

Return to work planning session 30 minutes: $50.00-$75.00 

Includes: assessment of needs at work, detailed pumping schedule/feeding plan.  Troubleshooting for unique situations (travel, conferences, testing facilities etc.) Follow up phone call.

Prenatal Consults 30 minutes: $50.00

​Includes: assessment of needs, troubleshooting for unique situations (prenatally diagnosed conditions, anticipated separation from newborn, maternal medical conditions etc.), written plan.
